 New Health care act is going to be approved by the Obama administration after they will discuss it with the NGOs and the civil society. The big problem came from the obligation of the institutions to ensure their employees even if they want to go by themselves and pay for the insurance. An important point is wether the contraceptives for women should be paid or not by the insurance companies.

 It looks like the self-insurance will create problems for Obama exactly in 2012, a very important year, an election year. The Republicans are near the corner waiting for such mistakes.
